A Banksy collector has said that a mural appearing at climate change group Extinction Rebellion’s London base overnight is an authentic work by the street artist.<br /><br />Banksy expert John Brandler told the Guardian: “I’m convinced about the one in London for two reasons: it’s a topic that he would support, and it’s a continuation of the Port Talbot piece that appeared in December 2018."<br /><br />The mural shows a young girl holding a sign with the Extinction Rebellion symbol alongside the words, “From this moment despair ends and tactics begin.”<br /><br />Extinction Rebellion have been protesting for the last two weeks in central London. Hundreds have been arrested.
