President Moon Jae-in will hold a summit today in Seoul with Chile's President Sebastian Pinera.<br />The two leaders are expected to discuss a wide range of issue including the amendment of a free trade deal signed in 2004 as well as political issues in their regions.<br />Their summit talks will be followed by a dinner banquet hosted by the Blue House later in the evening. <br />This is Mr. Pinera's second visit to Seoul after his first in 2012,... but the first by a Latin American leader under the Moon administration. <br /><br />
