암참, 슈퍼232조 한국 예외 요청…"결과 실망스럽지 않을 것"<br /><br />The American Chamber of Commerce in Korea has asked the U.S. Congress and the Trump administration not to apply new tariffs on Korean cars.<br />These are the tariffs proposed on national security grounds.<br />An AmCham delegation, back from a meeting in Washington with U.S. officials, spoke to reporters on Monday, saying that if the U.S. exempts Korea from the tariffs it won't regret it.<br />The chairman of the AmCham foundation, Jeffrey Jones, said the Commerce Department and the White House are looking into the matter, but the final decision is President Trump's.<br />Jones said he had explained how the Section 232 tariffs would undo the benefits of the Korea-U.S. free trade agreement. <br />
