Canadian Armed Forces have descended on Ontario's cottage county to help residents battling the ongoing flooding.<br /><br />Footage shows a neighbourhood in Bracebridge town completely submerged by floodwaters on April 28.<br /><br />Bracebridge is one of several communities north of Toronto, including Huntsville and Minden Hills, that have declared emergencies due to flooding.
