A group of residents in Sumatra, Indonesia, had a difficult time walking through a road completely submerged by floodwaters.<br /><br />Footage from yesterday (April 28) shows young men struggling to cross a road as the water reaches up to their chests in Bengkulu in southwest Sumatra, which has been the hardest hit by flooding following torrential rains.<br /><br />At least 31 people have died, while a dozen are still missing and thousands have been displaced.
