Severe flooding continues in Ontario, eastern Canada, as a state of emergency has been declared in one town following rising water levels overnight last Sunday (April 28). <br /><br />Footage filmed on April 28 in the town of Bracebride shows the torrential flooding through a river, submerging a number of houses, as well as efforts to drain the flooding with pumps and machinery. <br /><br />Bracebride has since declared a state of emergency and Canadian armed forces were called in to help protect people's homes from the raging flood waters caused by rain and melting snow.
