Mozambique's disaster management institute says the death toll from Tropical Cyclone Kenneth has climbed to 38.<br />This cyclone is the strongest to hit Mozambique since records began and the second most powerful tropical storm to hit southeast Africa in five weeks.<br />Experts fear the slow-moving but powerful cyclone could continue to dump torrential rains on an area devastated by Cyclone Idai that killed 750 people across southern Africa.<br />Nearly 3,400 homes have been destroyed and more than 18-thousand displaced by Tropical Cyclone Kenneth. <br />
