Good afternoon, regions in the west and parts of Gangwon-do Province and Ulsan could have a dusty day due to a band of yellow dust blowing in. There is light rain in the forecast for inland regions, but it won't do much to clear the dust from the air. <br />Daily highs in most areas will be in the low twenties... southwestern regions, including Busan, will notice highs going 3 to 5 degrees higher than yesterday.
