FBI Foiled an Army <br />Veteran's Plot to Bomb <br />White Supremacist Rally Mark Steven Domingo, 26, had recently converted to Islam. The California man was <br />allegedly seeking revenge <br />for the mosque shootings in <br />Christchurch, New Zealand. He was arrested after after <br />he allegedly accepted an IED <br />from an undercover FBI agent <br />who was posing as a bomb maker. Court documents show <br />that Domingo told FBI <br />informants that he wanted <br />to cause "mass casualties."
