1분기 스마트폰 세계시장 삼성 1위 화웨이와 격차 줄어<br /><br />Samsung Electronics topped the global smartphone market in the first quarter of 2019. <br />With a 21-point-7 percent market share, it's a slight increase from 19-point-2 percent of previous quarter.<br />But the Korean tech titan is facing growing pressure from Chinese tech firm Huawei, the world's number two smartphone vendor. <br />According to Strategy Analytics, the market share gap between the two has narrowed to just 3-point-8 percentage points in Q1, compared to over 11 percentage points the previous year.<br />The intensified competition in the middle-to-low price market is believed to be the key contributing factor to this trend. <br />
