Former UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon,... who now heads the presidential committee on national climate, will visit the National Assembly to seek cooperation from lawmakers to tackle fine-dust pollution.<br />He'll meet with the leadership of the ruling Democratic Party and two minor opposition parties this afternoon.<br />He'll save his meeting with the main opposition Liberty Korea Party until later this month due to scheduling issues.<br />Ban is expected to stress there should be no divide when it comes to dealing with the fine-dust issue,... saying everyone has the right to breathe clean air.<br />The National Council on Climate and Air Quality was launched on Monday. <br />
