Former UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon,... who now heads the presidential committee on national climate,.... will visit the National Assembly to ask for cooperation from lawmakers to tackle fine-dust pollution.<br />He'll meet with the leadership of the ruling Democratic Party and two minor opposition parties this afternoon.<br />He'll save his meeting with the main opposition Liberty Korea Party until later this month due to scheduling issues.<br />Ban is expected to talk about the need to work together when dealing with the fine-dust issue,... as everyone has the right to breathe clean air.<br />The National Council on Climate and Air Quality was launched on Monday. <br />
