Putrajaya had honoured a RM1 million golden handshake for former prime minister Najib Abdul Razak as required by law, the High Court in Kuala Lumpur was told today.<br /><br />Witness Zarina Yusuf, the deputy chief accountant at the Prime Minister's Department, revealed that the payment was recorded last May.
