Cyclone Fani slammed into eastern India earlier today (May 3) bringing down trees and power lines and damaging properties in Srikakulam district, Andhra Pradesh.<br /><br />Footage shows downed trees blocking roads as heavy winds batter the area. Residents can be seen picking up rubble littering the coast further in the video.<br /><br />About 20,000 people were evacuated to 126 relief camps in Srikakulam district, where the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) is carrying out relief operations.
