"Dave Rowland & Sugar (also known as Dave & Sugar) was a <br />pop-styled country music trio that enjoyed its peak success in the mid- <br />to late-1970s. The trio was fronted by Dave Rowland, with two females <br />as the background vocalists lineup, which changed over time. The <br />original two vocalists were, Vicki Hackeman and Jackie Frantz.<br /><br />'Tear Time' and 'The Door is Always Open' were two #1 country hits for Dave & Sugar in 1976 and 1978.<br /><br />This performance was recorded live at Church Street Station in Orlando, Florida."
