김정남 살해 혐의 베트남 여성 출소…오늘 저녁 귀국 전망<br /><br />A Vietnamese woman accused of killing Kim Jong-nam, the half-brother of the North Korean leader, is released. <br />According to Malaysian media, Doan Thi Huong returned home on Friday afternoon after being imprisoned in Malaysia for two years.<br />In 2017, Huong and her co-defendant Siti Aisyah were detained after being accused of killing Kim Jong-nam by smearing a lethal nerve agent on his face at Kuala Lumpur airport.<br />The two claimed they were tricked by four North Korean men into believing it was part of a reality TV show prank.<br />Huong's release comes a month after prosecutors downgraded her murder charges to "causing injury," and about two months since her co-defendant was released. <br />
