Residents near an oil palm estate in Bukit Tambun have been putting up with a foul smell resulted from rubbish burning. <br /><br /><br />The dumping is believed to be the work of culprits trespassing into the land owned by the Penang Development Corporation (PDC), located about 200 metres from the North-South Expressway.<br /><br />Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP) president Datuk Rozali Mohamud said PDC was served with two notices on Friday for conducting illegal earthworks at the site and for causing a public nuisance.
