Offset Issued With Arrest Warrant According to 'The Atlanta Journal-Constitution,' <br />an arrest warrant was issued for Offset, <br />real name Kiari Kendrell Cephus, on Thursday. The rapper is <br />accused of damaging 18-year-old <br />Richard Gibbons' <br />phone at Target. The victim claims there <br />was $800 worth of damage <br />done to his iPhone 8. Offset is being charged with criminal damage of property in the second degree, which is a felony. Sgt.
