Shifting gears now,... Iranian President Hassan Rouhani says his country must counter U.S. sanctions by continuing to export its oil as well as boosting non-oil exports.<br />His comments came Saturday,... a day after the U.S. State Department acted to force Iran to stop producing low-enriched uranium and expanding its only nuclear power plant. <br />He said Washington is trying to "sow discord and division" in Iran to bring the country down and decrease its foreign reserves.<br />Rouhani said Iranians must safeguard against such actions by increasing hard currency income while cutting currency expenditures. <br />
