Former Dewan Rakyat speaker Pandikar Amin Mulia made a surprise appearance in Sandakan to campaign on behalf of Parti Bersatu Sabah on Saturday.<br /><br />Pandikar visited Pulau Berhala, where he criticised the federal government for focusing on development projects in the peninsula.
