Four out of ten young, single Koreans say it's impossible for them to ever buy their own home.<br />According to a survey conducted by the Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs,... some 90 percent of Koreans aged between 25 and 39 said it is necessary to own a home.<br />However, 45 percent said it seems impossible, mostly due to economic reasons.<br />45 percent responded than owning a home is a must,... while eleven percent said it's not necessary.<br />Pessimism was particularly high in metropolitan areas where, despite government efforts, property prices have been soaring. <br />
