미혼남녀 44% "내 집 마련 필요하지만 불가능해 보인다"<br /><br />Four in ten young, single Koreans say they don't think they'll ever be able to buy their own home.<br />According to a survey conducted by the Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs,... some 90 percent of Koreans aged between 25 and 39 said they do think they need to own a home. <br />But around half of those, or 44 percent of the total, said it seems impossible, mostly for economic reasons.<br />Just 11 percent said they don't think they need to own a home.<br />Pessimism was particularly high in urban areas where, despite government efforts, property prices have continued to soar. <br />
