Sen. Marco Rubio says he is the latest victim of “deceitful” tactics used by rival Sen. Ted Cruz.<br /><br />A manipulated photo shows Rubio shaking hands with President Barack Obama in front of the Capitol, on a webpage paid for by the Cruz campaign, first reported by The New York Times.<br /><br />The site hits Rubio for voting to grant Obama power to negotiate trade deals.
