Mufti Muneeb said first Roza (fasting) will be observed on Tuesday.<br /><br />He said the announcement about not sighting of the Ramazan moon was being made in consensus with ulema and experts.<br /><br />“From nowhere in the country a Shara’e testimony was received,” he said.<br /><br />Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee had on Sunday barred the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) from making any prediction regarding moon sighting saying that the department’s prediction created confusion among masses.
