Dave Chappelle to Receive <br />Mark Twain Prize The prize, given yearly by the <br />Kennedy Center, will be awarded to <br />Chappelle for American Humor. Deborah F. Rutter, Kenney Center Deborah F. Rutter, Kenney Center Prior recipients of the award include: Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Richard Pryor, Whoopi Goldberg, Lily Tomlin and George Carlin. Chappelle will receive the honor <br />on October 27, and the ceremony <br />will air on PBS on Jan. 6.
