We'll have a repeat of yesterday's weather conditions in most parts today and Thursday then there will be a rise in temperatures above the seasonal norms on Friday. <br />Those in Gangwon-do Province will need to be extra careful when handling fire. A strong wind advisory and dry weather warning have been issued in those areas where the massive wild fire broke out in April. Be extra careful.<br />Morning lows are ranging between 6 and 13 degrees Celsius, it feels a bit cooler due to the wind. Seoul and Daegu at 10 degrees. Lots of sunshine will shine down on us with very high UV rays but decent air all day.<br />Daily highs will range between 20 and 26 degrees Celsius.
