Sabah Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal said Datuk Seri Najib Razak is free to come to Sabah, refuting rumours that there is a directive to ban him from entering the state.<br /><br />Shafie said this after visiting Pulau Berhala in Sandakan on Thursday.
