인권위 '성별 맞는 한복 입어야만 고궁 무료관람은 차별'<br /><br />South Korea's human rights watchdog says cross-dressing Korea's traditional attire, Hanbok, should also qualify for free admission to palaces.<br />Currently, visitors can tour palaces in downtown Seoul for free as long as they come wearing Hanbok according to their biological sex. <br />The government says this rule upholds the tradition of wearing Hanbok the right way.<br />Some civil groups disagree, saying this dress code discriminates against those who wish to cross-dress.<br />The National Human Rights Commission of Korea has urged the government to revise the rule. <br />
