A bull and a herd of cows roam the eastbound side of the A30 motorway during rush hour, causing traffic to back up in south east England.<br /><br />The video was taken near Exeter today (May 9) and was posted with the caption "Only in Devon." <br /><br />According to local news reports, the cows broke through a near by fence and ran onto the road.
