This is the stomach-churning moment a sunbeam snake swallowed a whole frog. <br /><br />The slimy serpent was seen coiled around the amphibian in the undergrowth of a back garden in Nakhon Si Thammarat, southern Thailand, on May 1. <br /><br />Homeowner Surin Sitirit tried to use a stick to free the frog but the determined reptile clung on to its dinner. <br /><br />Several minutes later the iridescent snake was seen with the creature in its mouth as it swallowed it whole.
