A newly-repaired road, Jalan Bukit Lama linking Bayan Lepas and Balik Pulau in Penang has collapsed again due to heavy rain.<br /><br />State Public Works, Utilities and Flood Mitigation Committee chairman Zairil Khir Johari on Thursday said due to the downpour, water had seeped into the road causing settlement.
