Good morning, it will feel more like early summer this afternoon, a sharp change from this chilly morning. The mercury will soar quickly under plenty of sunshine. Expect a similar weather pattern this weekend. <br />Dry weather alerts have remained in place for a week to 10 days for most areas now. A strong wind advisory has been lifted in Gangwon-do Province but it's super dry so please be extra careful with anything that could start a fire. The central and western regions will see high levels of ultra fine dust today. <br />As for this morning's temperatures, Seoul at 12 degrees..
