“I don’t think the US is bluffing and so there is high likelihood that we see an additional 15 percent tariffs on USD 200 billion worth of Chinese imports into the US. There is also possibility that from now until Friday morning (in US) we will see last minute postponement of this action," said Willem H Buiter, Global Chief Economist, Citi.
