U.S. President Donald Trump.... during his phone call with President Moon Jae-in... said he supported South Korea's humanitarian aid for the North to help alleviate its food shortages.<br />3- The U.S. meanwhile seized a North Korean cargo ship, alleging sanctions violations by the country. This seizure is likely to further heighten tensions between the two countries.<br />Tell us more about this and could we see toughened sanctions on the North from here on out?<br />
