A US driver managed to catch a vivid meteor on his dash cam whilst driving on the I-90 in Arlington Heights, Chicago.<br /><br />The meteor can be seen flying across the night sky on May 10 before slowly fading out right above the shocked dash cammers.<br /><br />Sammy, who caught this on dash cam, told Newsflare: "I saw a flash on my left side, I thought it was fireworks. When I saw it fly past my car I knew it was a meteor. My wife was in awe. We've seen meteors shooting in the sky before but this one was really close."
