<br />Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad said the government will study calls for the formation of a truth and reconciliation commission in relation to the May 13, 1969 incident.<br /><br />Mahathir was responding to a question about the possibility of setting up a truth and reconciliation commission, similar to South Africa which sought to move forward from the apartheid.<br /><br />He was also asked about whether the complete documentation on the race riots would be released.
