The U.S. says it has no updated response to North Korea's request to return the Wise Honest, a North Korean bulk cargo ship seized by American authorities on suspicions that it was breaching international sanctions.<br />When asked about the response to the North's request on Tuesday, the U.S. State Department said it had nothing to say on the matter.<br />This comes after North Korea denounced the U.S. for detaining the ship and called the seizure an act of "robbery" and a complete denial of the joint declaration agreed at last year's June 12th North Korea-U.S. summit.<br />The State Department announced the seizure happened last Saturday at a port in American Samoa just hours after the North fired short-range missiles into the East Sea. <br />
