In response to Parti Warisan Sabah’s request for Special Branch personnel to identify themselves at the party’s press conferences, Inspector General of Police Datuk Seri Abdul Hamid Bador said it was a non-issue, adding that his men will carry placards to identify themselves as police. <br /><br />He however assured that police presence at a press conference was to ensure orderly conduct.<br /><br />Abdul Hamid was speaking to reporters after attending the handing over of duties to his deputy, Mazlan Mansor, on Wednesday.
