The 72nd edition of the Cannes Film Festival opened on Tuesday with Jim Jarmusch's zombie extravaganza "The Dead Don't Die".<br />21 films will be competing for the top prize, including South Korean film "Parasite". The film, directed by Bong Joon-ho, features two ordinary families in different situations.<br />The festival's jury this year is made up of four women and four men -- the first time both genders have been represented equally on the jury.<br />The winner of the Palme d'Or will be announced at the closing ceremony on May 25th. <br />
