바른미래당, 신임 원내대표에 오신환 선출<br /><br />South Korea's third largest party the Bareun Mirae Party has elected two-term lawmaker Oh Shin-hwan as its new floor leader.<br />In a two-way race on Wednesday,... Oh received the majority of votes from the 24 lawmakers present.<br />He'll take the baton from Kim Kwan-young who stepped down amid tensions within the party over the recent fast-tracking of key reform bills.<br />Kim had replaced some of his party's lawmakers on key parliamentary committees that had been against the move and said would vote against it.<br />The new floor leader will be tasked with bringing the party together as well as preparing for next year's general elections.<br />In his acceptance speech, Oh promised to work on bills related to improving people's livelihoods. <br />
