북한 석탄 항구 움직임 활발…선박 압류 이후에도 화물선 드나들어<br /><br />The U.S. recently seized a North Korean cargo ship for illegally shipping coal, but it seems the North is still trying to evade the international sanctions on those shipments.<br />Analyzing satellite images,... Voice of America reports that.... two large cargo ships were seen Sunday at North Korea's Nampo Port, one of the regime's main coal-loading docks.<br />By Tuesday, they were gone.<br />The report says.... at least seven cargo ships have come in and out of Nampo between April 16th and May 14th.<br />The Panel of Experts at the UN Security Council reports that despite the sanctions, North Korea has increased the number of ship-to-ship transfers of coal and oil. <br />
