When the month of Ramadan comes along, the female inmates at Alor Setar Prison get busy preparing some 14 types of kuih Raya to meet orders from organisations and individuals.<br /><br />The inmates were trained under the Alor Setar Prison Frozen Food Industry and Pastries project which kicked off in 2012.
