This time-lapse footage shows a view of the Milky Way and the Earth's rotation over an infinity pool in Hawaii last month (April 6).<br /><br />If the astronomical beauty of our galaxy wasn't enough the filmer was lucky enough to capture some shooting stars from his position on Maui.<br /><br />The filmer told Newsflare: "[It was] my first Milky Way shot of the season. <br /><br />"Big Island can be seen in the background, and a few shooting stars too if you're quick enough to catch them."
