Leadership is about Courage. This video was a challenging one for me to film however it has an important message. Firstly thank you with all my heart for supporting LeadershipHQ, my team and me in 2017. This has been one of my greatest as well as most heartbreaking years. <br /> <br />I want to stop the bullying, poor leadership and tall poppy syndrome. My beautiful daughter was bullied at school and it affected her greatly to the point she left school completely and we are dealing with her mental health on a daily basis. This is heartbreaking for me to share however it’s important to remember why it's so important to be kind, compassionate and courageous leaders. <br /> <br />That’s why I wrote JUST ROCK IT! I want a world where are all leaders where we are shining, standing tall and stepping up - and helping everyone around us to Rock It and shine too. <br /> <br />Let’s make 2018 a year where we lead the way and rock it.
