Federal Territories minister Khalid Abdul Samad said that only the court can decide on the legality of the Taman Rimba Kiara development project.<br /><br />it is his duty as Federal Territories minister to look out for the interests of all parties involved in the project and would be preparing a report that will be presented to the Cabinet.
