Perak police arrested a father and son on Wednesday over the shooting of a caged monkey which was recorded on video.<br /><br />The suspects were taken to the Manjung police headquarters for further action.<br /><br />In the 19-second video, which went viral, a man can be heard telling a caged monkey to call him “baby sayang” on the count of three before firing a shot at the animal’s head.
