But most people choose iced drinks such as soda and coffee to relieve their thirst.<br />To prevent dehydration and make sure your body has the fluids it needs, make water your beverage of choice.<br />Here are some tips on when to drink water to stay hydrated.<br />Hello I'm Michelle Park here with the latest weather update.<br />It was a hot day across the region and those high temperatures are going to continue into the weekend.<br />Tokyo seems to be warming up as well,... reaching a high of 28 degrees Celsius for Friday.<br />As the mercury increases, more regions will be issued with heatwave alerts tomorrow,... including here in Seoul which is predicted to last throughout the weekend.<br />Friday morning will be mild with bright sunny skies.<br />Seoul begins at 17 degrees Celsius, while the eastern areas will have a cooler start to the day at 13 degrees.<br />The afternoon highs will mostly reach into the low-thirties tomorrow... while it will be cooler in Busan and Jeju with highs remaining in the twenties.<br />The heat wave is expected to subside on Monday when the temperature set to significantly drop and with the coming of rain nationwide.<br />I'll leave you with the weather conditions around the world. <br />
