A grandmother starts bawling with joy when she is surprised with meeting her baby great-grandson for the first time in Nebraska after he had been put in the Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU). <br /><br />The filmer said her grandmother Leona "is my very best friend.. and instead of telling my grandma the good news, I decided to wait until we were home and surprise her in person." <br /><br />The heartwarming clip, filmed on May 6 in Valentine, shows the journey that the filmer, mother of the baby boy and granddaughter of Leona, took to surprise her grandmother. <br /><br />The baby, named Bridger, was born prematurely and taken into the newborn intensive care immediately on the day of his birth.
