These workers had little concern for health and safety - plonking a bamboo ladder in the middle of the road to untangle overhead cables on May 21.<br /><br />The men were seen holding up traffic in the Ratchada district of Bangkok, Thailand. One worker climbed to the top of the ladder while two others held it steady. <br /><br />They were tending to a thick black mass of overhead telecommunications cables. The country has been repeatedly criticized by observers for its notoriously messy overhead cables.<br /><br />Footage shows cars, mopeds, busses and trucks narrowly missing the precariously placed ladder as they careen pst the careless workers. <br /><br />The filmer then captures the workmen moving the ladder further down the overhead cables to set up the dangerous working situation all over again.
