South Korea's Foreign Minister Kang Kyung-wha said fine dust is a critical problem directly related to a population's quality of life.<br />She said South Korea, which has a serious problem with fine dust pollution, backs international cooperation in sharing data on the transboundary movement of pollutants.<br />Kang also said digital technology is essential to track and discover sources of pollution ...and the movement of fine dust. <br />
